The front office staff at the reception will assist you during the admission process. They will generate a Unique Hospital Identification Number (UHID) for the patient and all the medical records will be maintained and stored by the hospital for all future reference. They will also draw out an estimate and guide you for selecting the relevant category of room as per your choice.
In addition, you will be required to make an advance payment. The advance shall be adjusted against the final bill at the time of discharge.

Discharge process:
Your nurse will assist you in the discharge process which may take few hours to complete the process. Once your final bill is generated, you are expected to clear your dues by paying cash or by UPI/credit/debit card
Insurance/TPA patients are expected to contact TPA Desk for final approval which may take 2-3 hours from the Insurance companies/TPAs after sending the final bill and discharge summary to the company. Once final approval comes, patients/attendants have to sign on the bill, discharge summary & approvals to be submitted to the Insurance companies/TPAs for the settlement and deposit the co-payment and non-payable amount if mentioned on the approvals. Also, the patients have to collect the refund amount if deposited as advance after adjusting the co-payment and non-payable amount. Patients/attendants have to collect the duplicate copies of bill, discharge summary, investigation reports and approvals.
The nurse will hand over your discharge summary and belongings (like thermometer, urinal bedpan, etc. used during the course of your stay). She will also explain the medications you need to continue after your discharge and any other follow-up instructions. In case you need a medical ambulance to drop you at your home, then please inform your nurse and she will make the necessary arrangement.
Guidelines for visitors:
Visiting times are for (NICU) Morning 9.00 AM – 10.00 AM Afternoon 2.30 PM-3.00 PM Evening 8.30 PM-9.00 PM but may vary on ward and severity of diseases. If patients desire visiting at other times, visiting arrangement can be made with the permission from EMO / Management / Consultant In-charge. The patients or their attendants will be made aware of any specific circumstance to limit the visits.
Visitors who are ill (have an infection, fever, cold, diarrhoea or vomiting) or do not feel well should refrain from visiting.
In order to provide patients with adequate rest, visitors are restricted to two people at a time at the bedside.
Children must be accompanied by an adult and must be directly supervised by him/her at all times during visiting the hospital.
