Ground Floor
OP Pharmacy
OP Pharmacy is open from 8:00am to 9:00pm. After 9:00pm, it is only open for the emergency patients visited in the hospital till 8:00am and medicines & consumables can be bought from the inside counter of the Pharmacy.
Waiting Area
Centralized air-conditioned main waiting area is located at the lobby just after entrance in the hospital. Patients and attendants can waiting for their turn for OPD consultation and visitors can sit comfortably.
Reception
Patients and attendants are attended and guided at Reception by a team of dedicated and enthusiastic front office staff for any kind of queries related to the hospital, doctors, appointments, vaccination, dressing, insurance, etc. They are also available for registration, admission, bed allotment as per the patients’ choice, bill payments and refunds.
Vital Check-up Counter
Near Reception, a vial check-up counter is available with a nursing staff for measuring Blood Pressure, Temperature, Random Blood Sugar, Weight, etc. of the patient. The vital check-up is mandatory of every patient before consulting the doctors in OPD.
Emergency/Casualty
3 bedded emergency 24 x 7 is located near the reception and waiting area.
OPD Chambers
OPD Consultation chambers and Doctors’ rooms are situated after emergency. Dr. Rajesh Kumar Rajora (Physician) is available in Room No. 4, Dr. Garima Singh Rajora (Obst & Gynae) in Room No. 5, Dr. Atul Kumar (Paediatrician) in Room No. 10, Dr. Mahima Singh (Obst & Gynae) in Room No. 3, Dr. Umesh (Chief Medical Officer)/Dr. Mrigank Tripathi (Orthopedics)/Dr. Anil Gupta (Surgeon) in Room No. 2 & Duty Doctor (Medical Officer) in Room No. 8.
OT Complex
Operation Theatre and Labour Room including doctors changing room are located in OT Complex on the Ground Floor for deliveries and surgical procedures. A small waiting area is available for the attendants in front of the OT Complex.
Day Care Beds
5 Bedded Day Care room is situated at the last near to Doctor Chamber No. 10. These beds are available for the patients admitted for small procedures and required treatment for few hours. These are charged on hourly basis rates or package rates of the procedure done.
Vaccination & Nebulization
Vaccination for new born babies and children is available in Room No. 10 monitored by Dr. Atul Kumar (MD-Paediatrics).
Laboratory, Radiology & ENT Block
A separate block on Ground Floor is available for laboratory services handling blood, urine, stool, sputum, biopsy of excised body parts examination & reporting. Radiology department for X-Ray and ENT department led by Dr. Navneet (ENT Surgeon) are also located in this block.
First Floor
Single Private A/C Rooms
Room No. 101 to 104; 106 to 108 and 111 to 112 are Single Private A/C Rooms with air conditioning, TV and toilets.
Semi Private Room
Room No. 105 is Semi Private Room having twin sharing beds (105-A & 105-B) with attendants beds and a common toilet. This room is also air-conditioned.
General Ward
8 bedded General Ward is situated on the First Floor for the patients choosing economical beds. There are two compartments of General Ward having 4 beds each and a common toilet. One of these two compartment is air-conditioned.
Dental & Skin Care Clinic
Dental department is located on the First Floor having dental chair led by Dr. R K Sahoo. Skin and hair care services are also available in this clinic.
Physiotherapy Clinic
A well equipped Physiotherapy department is on the First Floor for all kind of exercise treatment and suggestions.
Nursing Station
A 24 x 7 nursing station is available for the patients in the First Floor with qualified nurses. These nurses take care of the patients for medications, injections, I/V fluids, monitoring blood pressure, temperature, blood sugar, catheterization, assisting doctors on patient round, indent & return of medicines/consumables for insurance patients and maintaining IPD files. Patients can press the call bell available on their beds to call the nurses in case of any assistance. They also assist the patients at the time of discharge.
NICU/Nursery
A 5 bedded NICU is available for the sick New Born babies needing radiant warmer, ventilator and monitoring. This unit is taking care by the skilled and qualified NICU staff.
IP Pharmacy
An exclusive pharmacy is located on the First Floor near Physiotherapy department and General Ward for admitted patients.
Second Floor
Deluxe Room
One Deluxe Room is situated on Second Floor having electronic bed, attendant bed cum sofa, refrigerator, water kettle and other facilities of Single Private Rooms.
Single Private A/C Rooms
Room No. 201 to 211 are bigger sized air conditioned Single Private Rooms with attendant beds, TV, medicine & food trolleys and toilet.
Nursing Station
A 24 x 7 nursing station is available for the patients in the Second Floor with qualified nurses. Canteen
Food services for patients and attendants are available in the canteen located on Second Floor. Patients are provided breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, soup, coconut water, etc. prescribed by our qualified Dietician according to the condition of the patients. A variety of items present in the menu for the attendants for breakfast, lunch and dinner (Kindly contact canteen staff and order well in advance for attendant meal).
Basement
TPA Desk
A dedicated TPA Desk is located in the Basement at the end for the Insurance patients. This desk assist you for general queries on health insurance, processing of cashless claims during admission and discharge, replying queries/deficiencies generated by the insurance company or TPA, getting initial and final approvals, billing and creating discharge summary for insurance patients. This department is open from 10:00am to 7:00pm.
Cash Billing and Birth Certificate (Provisional)
Cash billing counter is near to TPA Desk for generating bills of cash/card payment patients. This counter also assist for providing Provisional Birth Certificate of the babies newly born in the hospital. This department is open from 10:00am to 7:00pm.
MRD
Medical records of the patients are stored in the MRD section situated in the basement adjoining with TPA Desk and Cash Billing. The IPD and medico legal records of the patients are kept for the ten years.
Conference Room
A meeting hall for the staff and doctors is located in the basement in front of the Doctor Chamber Room No. 5. This Conference Room is used for the periodic staff meeting addressed by the Directors, training sessions for staff on various medical and non-medical topics, etc.
Parking
A huge parking is available for the staff and patients’ two wheelers. The entrance and exit of this parking is open to the main road passing in front of the hospital.
