Today, Information system is the backbone of any industry. Our hospital has fully computerized documentation system for which a user friendly software is installed in every department to capture and synchronize the patient database from one time registration to his billing at every stage. All the departments such as Reception, OP Billing, IP Cash and TPA Billing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology and Nursing are linked with this common module for the record keeping of the patients’ journey in our hospital.

A Reception Counter is located in the front lobby of the hospital with cheerful and cooperative staff. They assist and guide you for the hospital, Doctors, appointments, OPDs, IPD Admission, Room Categories, Vaccination, Insurance/TPAs & Advance and final payment related queries. The Reception Counter would complete your registration as our patient. This would provide you the receipts of your payment. This would also register you in case of admission, book rooms as per your choice if available and send your file to the respective floor's nursing counter. In a nutshell, Reception will help you for following services:

• Room & bed allotment as per your choice and eligibility in case of insurance
• Advance and final payments (Cash, UPI & Cards) – Please note that 2% extra will be charged in case of Card (Debit and Credit) payments

Our hospital offers a choice of Patient Rooms/Beds. All rooms are air-conditioned. All efforts are made to provide the type of room that you desire.

A modern state-of-art OT is available for various general and laparoscopic surgeries of male and female patients. Surgeons are assisted by a team of trained OT staff. It is equipped with latest OT table, OT Light, cautery and computer system. Changing room for doctors and OT staff is adjoined with OT.

A labour room is located in the OT complex for various kind of deliveries such as normal delivery, C-section, Instrumental etc. Obst. & Gynae Consultants along with Physician, Paediatrician, Surgeon & Anaesthetist (if needed) are assisted by a team of trained Labour Room staff.

While your primary consultant personally handles your treatment, round-the-clock medical cover is provided by junior medical staff and duty doctors. Please inform the nursing station if you need to contact the doctor.

Our Nursing staff is highly skilled and dedicated to provide the best nursing care. She will visit the patient’s bed regularly for vital check, medication and assisting doctors. In case you need to call the nurse, kindly press the Call Bell near the patient’s bed. For any further assistance, please contact the nursing counter of the floor.

The In Patient Pharmacy will cater to all your requirements of medicine during hospitalization, which is open round the clock. In case of an emergency, the medicines will be used from the nursing stock and later replaced from the Pharmacy.

TPA helpdesk for processing the cashless claims along with billing and discharge of insurance/TPA patients is located in the basement. It also assists you in case of reimbursement of the non-cashless cases. You can enquire about your health insurance & TPA related queries on 9718350800.

Cash billing for the cash or UPI/cards patients is also located in the basement adjacent to the TPA helpdesk.

Parents/Attendants of new born babies can do the formalities for the birth certificate. Parents have to fill the Registration form at the time of discharge and can collect the provisional birth certificate from the hospital after 7 days. The provisional certificate has to be submitted to Nagar Nigam for the original birth certificate.

Astha Hospitals Conference Halls are an essential part of a hospital. They are used for a variety of purposes, including meetings and conferences. It is where doctors, nurses, and other hospital personnel can meet to discuss patients and treatment plans. Surgeon can use it for pre-operative meetings to plan surgeries, post-operative debriefings, and other board meetings. They can also be used for training and education sessions. It is also where doctors can give presentations to other hospital personnel on new treatments and procedures.

The conference hall at Astha Hospital is an integral part of the hospital because it allows for communication and collaboration between different parts of the hospital. Our conference halls are well-equipped, well-maintained, and spacious to accommodate all medical staff and visitors.

Lift on the Ground Floor is available for the shifting of the patients to First and Second floors. Ramp is also available from Ground Floor to First Floor.

Safe drinking water is the right of every citizens. Water coolers are made available on each floor of the hospital for the patients and attendants which provide normal and cold water.

The facility of gas stove is available on first and second floor of the hospital to accommodate the need of hot water. Attendants can ask nursing counter for hot water for new born babies or for anyone in winters.

We provide 24-hour security staff who make frequent rounds. Kindly contact our security staff at the entrance gate in case of any assistance.

We provide basement parking for two-wheelers for staff and attendants. Parking is available in front of the hospital also. Kindly note that parking is at owners of the vehicle risk. However, CCTV cameras are installed for monitoring entire hospital premises.

Fire safety is one of our most prior concern. Fire extinguishers and equipment are installed to reach every corner of the hospital.
